General Shipping
- Orders ship Monday-Friday.
- We don't take your money until your order has shipped.
- Some items may ship separately.
- We do not ship internationally.
When will I get my stuff?
- If you select 2-day or 3-day shipping before 1pm ET, your order ships the same day.
- All other orders are subject to a 1-2 weekday processing time.
Tracking
An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped (with most carriers). You can also track your package from your Account page. Tracking is not available on International Economy.

Shipping Multiple orders
Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.
Shipping to Multiple Locations
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
Rates
You can determine the cost of shipping your order by adding the items you want to the shopping cart and entering your zip code or country in the Shipping Estimator on the cart page. You can also get the shipping cost during checkout - you will need to fill out your shipping address in order to view the shipping options and cost.
Address Changes
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.

Returns
Returns Policy
- We accept returns within 30 days for any reason (unless otherwise noted on the product page).
- We require an RMA (see below for simple process to generate one online).
- Returned items must be in original condition, including tags, booklets, and labels.
Refunds
- Refund will be issued to original payment method.
- 15% restocking fee will apply to some returns.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

How can I make a return?
To return an item, you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
How can I request an RMA?
- Go to the Order Management section under your Account. Orders that contain items eligible for return, 30 days old or less, will have a Return link to the right.
- Enter the quantities you would like to return along with the reason, and follow any additional instructions.
- After you get your RMA number, you will have the opportunity to have a return shipping label generated for you. If you choose not to use a label provided by us, ship your package back to us at the following address:
